Living in a society of abundance and peace, makes you forget about what are the true horrors of war. This songs was written when the first wave of refugees came to Slovenija through the Balkan route. There was and there is still a moral panic and fear of people of different cultures. Hearing people talking how the refugees should go back home and that there is no place for them here, was the main inspiration for the lyrics of the song. The title is stolen form the lyrics/tittle of the legendary Italian band Wretched. The song name is Spero Venga La Guerra.
